- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. The 7-day trial is completely free with no payment information required.
- Do I need to provide my own AI key?
- Yes. NGT Studio works with your own Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini API key. You add it once in Settings and it's encrypted at rest.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- What counts as an API call?
- Each call to /api/ngt/generate, /edit, /element, or /validate counts as one call toward your daily limit. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
- What export formats are available?
- SVG, PNG, and HTML on all plans. PDF export with proper page breaks, running headers, and widow/orphan control is available on paid plans.
- Is there a team or enterprise plan?
- Not yet. If you need higher API limits or a custom arrangement, reach out via the contact on the documentation page.
